Causing 2 bleed activations every second no matter what. Deals EXTREME bleed, slicing through all resistances, but not immunity. Heals regardless of damage dealt or enemies hit. Does not go through walls, but pierces enemies. Hold out your hand and fire forth a thick beam of dark wisps.
When this spell's bleed activates it also inflicts 200 dark damage to the victim, this 200 dark damage does NOT bypass resistances. It damages for 4% max hp following the normal rules of bleed, but it also breaks the rules of bleed as well.
